• Orders placed with Speed Technology Group on Amazon.com or placed on Speedelectronic.com using "Checkout with Amazon"- We collect funds from you through Amazon for the full order value when we first ship any portion of your order.
• Orders placed with Speed Electronic on Buy.com- We collect funds from you through Buy.com when your order ships, for the portion that shipped.
• Orders placed with Speed Electronic on Ecrater.com- We collect funds from you through Ecrater.com when your order ships, for the portion that shipped.
• Orders placed with Speed Electronic on Sears.com- We collect funds from you through Ecrater.com when your order ships, for the portion that shipped.

Refunds for cancelled orders

• Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, Google Checkout - No funds were collected for unshipped items.
• PayPal - When you cancel an order, a refund is issued to PayPal who then refunds you.
